The show is presented by MTV Latin America, to benefit LIFEbeat, the HIV/AIDS prevention organization. It's held at the IO Nightclub in Miami and is open to the public. The concert boasts performances by Kinky, the Beastie Boys, Juanes, Julieta Venegas, Vicentico, Alex Ubago and others.
